Olivier formerly created in 1987 and managed GT Finance/ Cristal Finance before joining Crédit Suisse Asset Management in 1998. He was Managing Director at Crédit Suisse Asset Management London and "Membre du directoire" of the French subsidiary. Olivier has a large experience in Asset Management whether in assisting Wealthy families/Foundations and large institutions in their asset allocation. Olivier created in 2003 PhiTrust Active Investors which aims at helping large families and Foundations in their financial, social and Philanthropic strategy, considering investors have a real responsability in their financial and social investments.

Denis formerly was a financial analyst at ABN Amro and Crédit Lyonnais Securities Europe, and then co-founded Branics, an asset management company focused on socially responsible investments that became PhiTrust Active Investors. Denis is partner and general asset manager of mutual fund Proxy Active Investors and co-manager of mutual fund Euro Active Investors. Denis graduated from Sciences Po Paris and is a member of SFAF.

Florence earned a master’s in Economics and an MBA from HEC. She has over 10 years’ experience in marketing and management in the food industry and was director of Générale Biscuit’s catering department. She then became Director of Sodexho’s corporate catering services. For 12 years, Florence worked as a journalist specialized in gastronomy and tableware. Florence was also involved in various humanitarian projects (Street children in Bolivia and Chile, Thailand’s Karen refugees, Vietnamese orphans). Florence joined PhiTrust in 2003 and has developed a project screening tool to identify projects for investment and is also director of philanthropy at PhiTrust in charge of analysing and identifying social businesses and not for-profit projects.
Jean-Charles Lavigne Delville

Trained at the Institut National Agronomique and at the INSEAD, Jean-Charles worked nearly 10 years in Agro-chemistry at Roussel-Uclaf before developing an interest in the Environmental sector 15 years ago. In this field he held managerial positions at OTVD (Véolia group), Thide Environnement and Séché Environnement. He has a strong experience in the development and operational follow-up of energy projects, in particular of energy production. Jean-Charles is a member of the investment committee of Emertec Énergie Environnement, a fund which specialises in financing young innovative companies. Jean-Charles is a shareholder of Phitrust Altergie for strategy consulting and project implementation in the fields of environment and renewable energies.

Benoit ARTHUIS began its career at CCF in 1987 after law studies at the university of Paris 2. He has been in charge during almost 13 years on operational functions in the investment bank (CCF, then HSBC), trader market maker on fixed income on the whole curve of rates. (bond market, private debts). He joined PhiTrust in 2004 as internal controller (rcci ), and administrative manager . He practised the handball at a national level, and is engaged as volunteer in the educational domain E à H ) or caritative activities (homeless people).
