Executive compensations

In accordance with the principles of the Afep-Medef code, executive compensation must be consistent with the company’s strategy and must, in particular, aim to promote its performance and its competitiveness in the medium and long term. It must attract, retain and motivate successful leaders. The determination of a remuneration must correspond to the social interest of the company and not be in contradiction with the policy of general remuneration of the company, its environmental and social objectives, its economic and stock markets performances and the level of dividends paid to shareholders.
