Denis Branche

Managing director

Denis Branche is a graduate of IEP Paris. He has been in charge of international financing at Coface and within the ABN AMRO group. He then became a financial analyst at ABN AMRO and later at Crédit Lyonnais Securities Europe. In 1998, he founded the management company Branics - specialising in Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) - now he is a partner and Managing Director at Phitrust. He is also a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).

Olivier de Guerre

Chairman and CEO

Olivier de Guerre is a graduate of ESSEC and the University of Nanterre (Economics). He receieved a degree in Urban Planning from the École des Ponts et Chaussées.  He has extensive experience in asset management, especially with Indosuez and Credit Suisse. Considering that investors have a real responsibility through their investments, he created Phitrust to provide investment products in listed European shares aiming a financial performance while focusing on strategies which suggest improving the strategic governance of companies and their ESG practices.

Stéphanie de Beaumont

Marketing & Communications Manager

After more than 15 years as a consultant in Investor Relations and Financial Communication, then as a manager at Essilor, she joined Edmond de Rothschild (France) and became Head of Communications. She then decides to use this experience on behalf of the social entrepreneurship and philanthropy sector. She joined Prophil to develop its business and was appointed Head of the Philanthropy / Sheltered Foundations division of the Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation.

Anais Dulong

ESG and Impact Analyst

Anaïs Dulong worked for 4 years at Société Générale's investment bank in Paris where she advised and supported companies in setting up syndicated loans. She then joined the "On Purpose" Associate Program, supported by the Phitrust endowment fund, which allows professionals to make a career shift to the social and solidarity economy by putting meaning before profit. In this context, she completed a 6-month mission to ADIE, a microcredit association in France, then joined Phitrust in 2019 as an ESG and impact analyst on listed and not listed companies. Anaïs is a graduate of the EMLyon Business School.
